Palm Middle School counselors provide all students with a comprehensive school counseling program that supports student achievement through three developmental areas: academic, career, and personal/social, as outlined in the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) National Model for school counseling programs.
The counseling program focuses on education, prevention, and intervention activities. Some of the counseling services we provide are individual counseling, group counseling, crisis intervention, classroom guidance lessons, consultation with parents/guardians, teachers, and school personnel, and referrals to outside agencies and community services.
